Description
The University of Georgia (UGA) is issuing this Request for Proposals (eRFP) to establish a contract for Smash Burger concept operations within Bulldog Cafe, located on the third floor of the Tate Student Center. The current operation, which opened in March 2016, is projected to have fiscal year 2026 sales of approximately $275,000.00. There is potential for at least one additional location to be added during the contract period. This solicitation will result in a single contract award to the highest-scoring responsive and responsible bidder.
