Description
Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is soliciting supplemental proposals for a comprehensive range of food, beverage, snack, grocery, catering, and meal services. These services are intended to support various district activities, including meetings, staff development, instructional events, athletic competitions, and student and holiday functions. Vendors may be expected to provide services through delivery, pick-up, or in-restaurant dining. All interested vendors, including those with sole-source offerings, are strongly encouraged to submit complete proposals with all required attachments to be considered. Incomplete or missing information may negatively impact vendor evaluations. LISD reserves the right to award RFP #F1062J-23 to multiple proposers offering comparable products or services (multiple award schedule) or to a single proposer, based on the District's sole discretion regarding which option provides the best value. The proposed contract term is from September 2026 to September 2029. Vendors who are already awarded under previous Catering and Meal Services RFP numbers (F1062-23 through F1062I-23) do not need to respond to this supplemental bid.
