Description
Paterson Preparatory Charter School, Inc. d/b/a KIPP Paterson is soliciting sealed proposals for a Food Service Management Company (FSMC) for the 2026-2027 school year. Proposal documents and forms can be obtained by emailing Caroline Alley, Compliance Manager, at calley@kippteamandfamily.org. Proposers must comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq., and submit a Statement of Ownership pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2. Required forms include the Statement of Ownership, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Contractor Questionnaire/Certification, and all other forms in the RFP package. Failure to submit all required forms may result in disqualification.
