Description
The School District of Manatee County is soliciting proposals from USAC-approved and qualified firms to provide Internal Connections E-Rate equipment for Rangeland High School, a new school site. The estimated requirements include 22 network switches with necessary software and licenses, 140 wireless access points with necessary software and licenses, and 332 antennas, connectors, and related components. Equipment must integrate with the District’s existing Aruba and Aerohive/Extreme Networks infrastructure or be fully equivalent, and installation and initial configuration are required. Switches must meet specified Layer 3, 10-Gigabit fiber, PoE+, chassis, warranty, support, and management requirements. Wireless access points must support specified Wi-Fi standards, cloud and on-premises management options, multiple SSIDs and VLANs, Power over Ethernet, security, quality-of-service, and application-control capabilities. Proposals must include pricing for all items in Attachment A, delivery and warranty information, references, experience and qualification documentation, required certifications, and other completed solicitation forms. The contract period is April 1, 2027, through September 30, 2028, with equipment delivery required in April 2027.
