Description
The Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (TriMet) is soliciting proposals for Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the Tualatin Valley (TV) Highway Transit & Safety Project. This project requires both preconstruction and construction services. Proposals are due by 2:00 PM on July 9, 2026, via TriMet's eProcurement website, TriP$. A 100% performance bond and a 100% labor and material payment bond will be required when construction services are added to the contract. Registration on the TriP$ eProcurement System is mandatory for all proposers. A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on June 18, 2026, at 1:00 PM at TriMet's One Main Place office and via WebEx. This solicitation is subject to Davis Bacon Act and Oregon Prevailing Wage Rate requirements when construction services are added.
