Description
This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price Construction contract for HSO Field Fence Installation in Colton, Oregon, at the Horning Seed Orchard. The project involves the installation of approximately 3,370 feet of 7-foot-high woven wire fence, which can also serve as deer fencing. The installation will include three sections: one along Sheckly and Unger Roads (approximately 1,860 feet), a second through a forested setting with a ravine (approximately 580 feet), and a third in a recently logged area with a ravine (approximately 930 feet). A 16-foot double gate will also be installed. The contract requires the contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for the project, adhering to specific material and installation standards. The period of performance is 45 days after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
