Description
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas Resources Management is soliciting bids for plugging and plating 14 orphan wells in Seneca County, in Liberty, Hopewell, and Pleasant townships. The work includes mobilization; access and well-site development; drilling or cleaning out wells; plugging; storage and disposal of generated materials; decommissioning and removal of casing, tubing, well and production equipment, and affiliated lines; and restoration of disturbed areas. The solicitation also identifies site preparation, erosion-control materials, aggregate, road and timber mats, a portable bridge, site safety, well-head exploration, salvage-material reimbursement, and crop-damage line items. Bidders must be active on CSP900922 (DAS Index No. MAC110), attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting, and remain in good standing with the relevant division and agency projects. The project is federally funded and carries additional federal compliance requirements for contractors and subcontractors.
