Description
The Brazos River Authority seeks a contractor to provide complete solid waste collection, removal, transportation, and disposal services for approximately 39 containers supporting its operational locations in the Possum Kingdom Lake service area. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and related resources; collect front-load dumpsters at least weekly and respond to requests for roll-off and compactor service within three days. The scope also includes holiday-weekend collections as specified, complaint resolution, compliant disposal at a permitted facility, and repair or replacement of unusable dumpsters. The contractor must self-perform all services; subcontractors, brokers, independent haulers, and dispatch services are prohibited, subject to the stated affiliate exception. The agreement has a one-year initial term beginning on the effective date and may be renewed by mutual agreement for up to four additional one-year periods. Bids are evaluated for award to the lowest responsible bidder. The bid package requests company and experience information, including similar projects completed within the last five years and client references, as well as five completed forms: the bid form, W-9 (or appropriate tax document for a foreign entity), Conflicts of Interest Questionnaire, Non-Collusion Affidavit, and Vendor Compliance to State Law form.
