Description
The City of Spokane Police Department is seeking proposals for a Police Extra Duty Coordinator. This role will involve managing the Extra-Duty Program, which formalizes off-duty police officer employment. The coordinator will be responsible for developing job duties, managing assignments, coordinating with clients and officers, providing problem-solving and management support, monitoring working conditions, and handling contract processing and billing. The selected firm must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar work and be licensed to do business in Washington State. The contract period is for 2 years, with potential for three additional one-year extensions, not to exceed five years total. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the City of Spokane's ProcureWare portal.
