Description
The City of Krum is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to oversee the construction of a new Public Safety Building. This facility, proposed for a 4-acre site on Masch Branch Rd in Krum, TX, will consolidate fire suppression, EMS support, law enforcement operations, emergency response functions, administrative offices, and training spaces. The project scope may include apparatus bays, firefighter living quarters, decontamination areas, emergency communications and power systems, secure access control, evidence storage, and related site improvements.
