Description
The 92d Contracting Squadron is soliciting for repair and maintenance inspection services for two Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTVs) for the 66th Training Squadron (66TRS) at Fairchild AFB, WA. The UTVs requiring service are a 2017 Polaris RZR and a 2026 Polaris Xpedition Adv. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, parts, and materials to restore the UTVs to a fully functional and safe operational state, including addressing any outstanding OEM recalls. Repairs must comply with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications, industry best practices, and all applicable regulations. Over-and-above repairs require formal written approval from the Contracting Officer. All repairs will be completed at the contractor's place of business, with the Government responsible for transportation within a 50-mile radius of Fairchild AFB. The Government will inspect and accept all work, and both UTVs will be physically tested for full operability prior to final acceptance.
