Description

The City of Spokane is soliciting proposals for an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The selected firm will provide a complete, fully functional system to manage assets, work orders, inspections, inventory, and related operational data. The solution should be secure, supported, and sustainable, improving cross-department collaboration with role-based access and consolidated reporting. Key requirements include software licensing, deployment, configuration, implementation, integration with existing City systems (SharePoint, Active Directory/Azure, PowerBI, SCADA), data migration from the current system, testing, validation, training, and ongoing post-implementation support. The system must support multiple departments within a single enterprise environment, with robust features for asset management, work order management, preventative and predictive maintenance, inspections, service requests, inventory, labor, equipment, projects, and reporting. Integration with GIS and map-based workflows is also a critical requirement. The selected firm must have at least 5 years of experience in EAM/CMMS systems and be licensed to do business in Washington State. The contract period is for five years, with renewal upon mutual agreement.
