Description
The City of Spokane is soliciting quotes for screen-printed High Visibility clothing and Hardhats for various City Departments. This opportunity will be awarded as a five-year value blanket order, with product being ordered on an as-needed basis. Pricing quoted will remain firm for the first twelve months, with potential for annual renegotiation thereafter. The City reserves the right to award this business in a manner most advantageous to its operations and may terminate the contract with immediate notification. Delivery time is a key consideration for award, and suppliers are responsible for communicating any delays in advance. All items must be of the latest design and production. Submissions are valid for sixty days from the due date. The City also participates in Interlocal Purchase Agreements, and suppliers agree to sell at the bid price to other approved public agencies.
