Description
The City of El Monte is seeking proposals from qualified law firms or attorneys to provide comprehensive legal services related to municipal code enforcement, nuisance abatement, receivership actions, administrative enforcement proceedings, illegal business enforcement, dangerous building enforcement, and related civil litigation matters. The selected firm should have demonstrated experience representing California public agencies in municipal enforcement and developing proactive enforcement strategies to protect public health, safety, and welfare.
