Description
The State University of New York at Oneonta is soliciting qualifications from design firms for the design and construction administration of mechanical modifications at Sherman Hall. The project scope includes the installation of medium-temperature hot water heat exchangers, an electric domestic water heater with associated pumps and controls, replacement of an electrical panel, and the replacement of six cabinet unit heaters. The project also requires compliance with current building codes and may involve asbestos abatement. Available data includes comprehensive construction drawings from the initial construction, HazMat surveys and reports, PDF and AutoCAD base plans, and campus utility maps.
