Description
The City of Rome, New York is soliciting bids for its Disaster Recovery - Phase 2 project. This project involves damage rehabilitation and mitigation efforts at Pinti Field, Mohawk River, and Bellamy Harbor Park Beach to restore these features to their pre-disaster functionality. Bids are due by 11:00 a.m. local time on July 9, 2026. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked to the attention of the City Clerk. Electronic submissions are not permitted. Bidders must be on the official plan holders list, which can be obtained by contacting the Community and Economic Development Department. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond, money order, or certified check in the amount of 5% of the total bid price.
