Description
This solicitation is for the replacement of Air Handler AHU-1 UH at the Community Campus of SUNY Upstate Medical University. North Central Mechanical, Inc. is seeking bids from NYS certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOB), Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), and Women Business Enterprises (WBE) for various scopes of work. The project includes but is not limited to Asbestos Abatement, Selective Demolition, Concrete work, Structural repairs, Finishes, Insulation, Balancing, Controls Electrical Installation, Electrical work, HVAC Material and Equipment Supplies, and Site Work. The specific goals for participation are 3.00% for SDVOB, 5.00% for MBE, and 5.00% for WBE.
