Description
The Toronto Police Service is seeking a qualified vendor to provide non-exclusive online auctioning services. The selected provider must have relevant product knowledge and the capacity to deliver the required scope, quality, timeframe, and cost-effectiveness. The resulting agreement may also be made available, upon request, to other public bodies and the Police Cooperative Purchasing Group, subject to the successful bidder's agreement and participating-agency requirements. The initial contract term is three years, with two additional one-year extension options. Renewal depends on continued need, budget approval, acceptable performance, and Toronto Police Service approval. Quotations must include the forms required under Section 2.2 of the RFQ and must be submitted electronically through the MERX Electronic Bid Submission System.
