Description
The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority is seeking a transportation planning, mapping, scheduling, and public outreach platform for NFTA-Metro. The platform will support mapping existing and potential bus and rail routes, analyzing transit demand and regional demographics, gathering public feedback on service changes, publishing detour maps, and performing related planning and operational tasks. The solicitation establishes MBE, WBE, and SDVOB subcontracting goals of 1%, 1%, and 3%, respectively. Required submission materials include a technical proposal, cost proposal, vendor affirmations and certifications, an RFP exceptions form, contractor insurance documentation, MWBE forms, SDVOB forms, a gender-based violence and workplace certification, and the NFTA proponent submittal checklist. The questionnaire must be completed using the provided Microsoft Excel response template; proposal and form files must be submitted in PDF format where specified, and supported Office files must use Microsoft Office 2007 or newer formats.
