McLaughlin Construction Corp. DBA Edbauer Construction is soliciting quotes from qualified subcontractors, suppliers, trucking firms, and vendors for the fabrication and erection of a new illuminated University Gateway Arch across Bailey Avenue, north of Winspear Avenue, in the City of Buffalo. The project is Group #1059, Phase 3. The bid date is August 5, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Quotes should be emailed to stephanie@edbauerconstruction.com. The project has MBE and WBE subcontracting goals of 25% and 5% respectively.
