Description
The City of Dallas is seeking an as-needed contractor to provide ongoing maintenance and repair services, including OEM-approved parts, for sewer and storm drain inspection camera systems used by the Department of Water Utilities. The scope includes repairs to cameras, crawlers, cables, winches, and electronic circuitry or components; written damage reports and repair estimates within two business days; responses to City communications within specified timeframes; and completion of service orders generally within fourteen business days. Repairs must meet or exceed OEM specifications, and services carry a warranty of the manufacturer's customary period or one year, whichever is greater. The procurement establishes a 36-month indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity service price agreement with two one-year renewal options. Bidders must submit electronic bid materials through the City's solicitation portal, including bid tables, bid security, required City forms, a redlined sample contract, qualification information, and Business Enterprise Hub forms. The solicitation requires a $100 bid security and, after award, performance and payment bonds based on a percentage of the annual contract value. Required insurance includes workers' compensation/employers' liability, business automobile liability, and commercial general liability coverage.
