Description
The City of Lafayette, Indiana, serving as lead agency for the Joint Purchasing Board on behalf of Tippecanoe County and the City of Lafayette, is soliciting sealed bids for gravel, sand, limestone, soils, and ready-mix products. The contract term is the full calendar year 2027, and prices must remain firm for the term of the bid. Each classification of items must be submitted on a separate Official Bid Form. Bidders must submit a 5% bid security in the form of a certified check, bid surety bond with attorney-in-fact authority, letter of credit, or cash. Proof of Commercial General Liability, Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, and Employer's Liability insurance is required. Awards will be made to the lowest and/or best responsive and responsible bidder.
