The City of Irving is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified architectural firms to provide professional architectural and related services for the evaluation, planning, and potential design of a Non-Congregate Domestic Violence Shelter. The selected firm will initially perform a feasibility study to determine the most appropriate approach, including evaluating renovation versus new construction options. Based on the outcome of this initial phase, the City anticipates negotiating a contract amendment for full architectural and engineering design services. Questions and requests for clarification should be submitted online, and all responses will be released as an addendum. The City strongly encourages electronic submission of responses.
