Description
Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) is seeking bids for body armor outer carriers. Vendors must adhere to the minimum requirements outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Award will be based on a combination of the lowest responsive bid and shortest lead time. Attendance at the pre-bid site visit is mandatory for bid responsiveness. The pre-bid site meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at 10:30 AM CST at the Central Rail Operating Facility (CROF), 3021 Oak Lane, Dallas, TX 75226. Vendors must confirm their participation via email to Isaac Park at ipark@dart.org. All required solicitation documents must be fully completed, signed, and submitted in accordance with the instructions provided. Registration on the Bonfire platform is required to submit a bid. All purchase orders are subject to DART's Terms and Conditions, available for download in the "Supporting Documentation" section.
