Description
This is a Unit Price contract for the rehabilitation of Terminal B parking garage. The independent estimate for this project is $9,831,158.00. There is a 25% Small Business Enterprise (SBE) goal for construction services. The total contract duration is 180 calendar days, with substantial completion expected in 120 days and final completion in an additional 60 days. Attendance at pre-bid meetings by the individual who will complete bidding documents is highly encouraged.
