Description
Tarrant County, acting for the Public Employee Benefits Cooperative (PEBC), is soliciting proposals for the administration of Dental PPO and HMO plans. The PEBC serves member entities including Dallas County, Tarrant County, Denton County, NTTA, and Parker County. The agreement is initially set for a three-year term, commencing upon the final signature. PEBC holds the right to renew the agreement for up to two additional one-year periods. Renewal rates for the subsequent plan years are to be submitted no later than 180 days before the current plan year concludes.
