Description
Dallas County is looking to establish a five-year service price agreement for Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Leave of Absence (LOA), and Caregiver Administration Services for its employees. The selected firm will work with the Dallas County Human Resources Department and other user departments to provide comprehensive FMLA administration services. This includes managing claims, coordinating leave, processing medical certifications, and providing reporting and training. The county requires vendors to have at least five years of experience in administering FMLA and other related leave management services for large businesses and governmental entities, with a minimum of 500 active users. Vendors must also demonstrate experience integrating their systems with Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) Version 8.1.6 and Oracle Fusion. Bilingual support is preferred for customer service.
