Description
The City of Lebanon, Indiana, is soliciting sealed electronic bids for the Sanitary Ditch CSX Crossing project. The work includes removing existing storm sewer infrastructure; installing new storm sewer beneath an active railroad corridor using jack-and-bore methods; constructing storm sewer end sections and headwalls; grading for positive drainage; and reconstructing State Road 39. Bidders must submit the required QuestCDN bid forms, Form No. 96, and acceptable bid security. The successful contractor must provide performance and payment bonds, each equal to 100% of the contract price. Bidders and relevant subcontractors must be on the current Indiana Department of Transportation prequalified contractors list for the applicable work types and must demonstrate five years of similar experience.
