Description
The City of Lebanon is soliciting bids for as-needed road boring services on small miscellaneous projects. The contractor must provide equipment, labor, fuel, water, project management, traffic control, flaggers, site security, drilling-fluid and debris containment, excavation and surface restoration, and related work under individual task orders. The City will provide conduit; the contractor will perform directional drilling and tunneling, utility potholing in paved and unpaved surfaces, and mobilization. Pricing is requested by linear foot for directional drilling at depths of 0–48 inches and 49 inches or greater, by each pothole in paved and unpaved surfaces, and for mobilization. The agreement is for one year with up to three additional one-year renewal terms. Bidders must have at least five years of relevant experience and provide at least three references. Work authorization documentation, a signed and notarized affidavit, an E-Verify signature page, and acknowledgment of the addendum are required with the bid. Performance and payment bonds apply if the submitted bid exceeds $50,000; prevailing wage applies if the project cost exceeds $75,000.
