Description
The Indian Health Service is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contractor to provide up to three temporary diagnostic CT and X-ray technologists for the Cheyenne River Health Center Radiology Department. Each technologist will work rotating shifts of 8 to 12 hours, totaling 80 regular hours per two-week period, with occasional on-call coverage; overtime applies to hours worked above 80 hours in a two-week period. The solicitation provides separate pricing for regular, overtime, and on-call or standby hours. The facility's CT equipment is a Siemens SOMATOM 128-slice CT machine. The amended requirement is solely for diagnostic CT and X-ray technologist services; references to pharmacy services and polysomnography were expressly identified as errors. Offerors must submit three candidate profiles or resumes, each including a current resume or CV, ARRT(R) certification, BLS certification, and applicable qualifications and experience documentation. Candidates must have at least two years of CT or diagnostic radiography experience; ARRT(CT) certification is desired but not required. Proposals will be evaluated on technical capability, past performance, and price, with recent and relevant CPARs considered for past performance. Pricing must be all-inclusive, including travel, lodging, per diem, benefits, taxes, and other performance costs.
