Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is procuring four PacsCube Express Catalyst II 6000N systems with Prism printers to replace aging media import/output units. Each system includes a Dell workstation, PacsCube Scan DCS DICOM media import software, a web-based DICOM viewer interface, starter media kits, printer ribbon or ink, and a one-year standard warranty. The offeror must provide the country of origin. The contractor must supply the equipment and software, perform remote installation and configuration, set up the workstations, validate workflow readiness, provide remote training for imaging staff, and furnish operational documentation, technical support, and warranty coverage. Optional extended service contracts and an Encore full-color printer are available upon request. Delivery is required within 60 calendar days after receipt of order. The solicitation requires an OEM authorization letter or equivalent documentation confirming authorized dealer, distributor, reseller, or OEM status.
