The City and County of San Francisco Department of Public Health is reopening five unranked prequalified lists for as-needed community outreach and media services supporting the San Francisco Health Network, Behavioral Health Services, and Population Health Division. Service categories include electronic outreach; print and promotional materials; on-the-ground community outreach; media relations; and focus-group facilitation and assessment for culturally appropriate messaging. Responders must apply for one or more service categories using the applicable customer certification forms and select at least one qualifying San Francisco community tie and one subject-matter expertise area, including behavioral health, chronic diseases, communicable diseases, homelessness, public health, substance use disorders, and other listed areas. Prequalification does not guarantee a contract; future work may be issued through competitive mini-RFPs or, for lower-value contracts, directly from the prequalified lists. Resulting work will be task-order based and may use a hybrid on-site and remote model.
