Description
Tranquilo Communities is soliciting sealed bids for Phase 1 of the Singing Sands RV Resort Expansion Project. The work includes site grading and installation of campground infrastructure, including sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, a stormwater detention pond, and related appurtenances. A certified check, bank draft, or satisfactory bid bond equal to 5% of the bid must accompany each bid. The successful bidder must furnish performance and labor and material bonds, each for 100% of the contract price. Use of local contractors and labor is encouraged, and a non-mandatory prebid meeting is scheduled at the resort.
