Description
The City of Holland is soliciting bids from qualified general contractors to complete the City Hall Technology Department Remodel, Project 100198, under a stipulated-sum contract. The work is to be performed in accordance with the project manual and contract documents prepared by GMB. Bidders must examine the site, complete the provided Bid Forms and appendices, and submit two copies of the executed offer with the required bid security in a closed, clearly marked opaque envelope. The bid must include a bid bond or certified check equal to at least 5% of the bid amount. Bidders must identify the cost of performance and labor and material bonds covering 100% of the project value, complete the required bid form supplements, and submit a sworn, notarized familial-relationship disclosure statement and an Affidavit of Compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act. The project does not require prevailing wages. The anticipated construction start is November 1, 2026, with substantial completion anticipated by March 1, 2027.
