Description

Spring Independent School District is requesting proposals for a turnkey refresh of its Category 2 network infrastructure at eligible school sites. The scope includes approximately 250 Juniper EX4400-48MP switches or equivalent equipment, power supplies, DAC cables, network modules, transceivers, software licenses, and five years of support. Proposed equipment must be new, currently in production, and meet the stated performance, resiliency, security, cloud-management, monitoring, automation, analytics, and interoperability requirements. The selected vendor will provide planning, staging, installation, configuration, testing, documentation, project management, quality control, switch labeling, asset and serial-number spreadsheets, training for at least four district engineers, and ongoing support. The proposal must include a detailed quote, required online bid responses, a completed Form W-9, and supporting technical documentation for any equivalent products. The estimated contract value is greater than $1,000,000, and the initial contract term is five years.
