Description
Hope Water and Light is soliciting proposals from certified public accounting firms to provide audit services beginning with the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026. The solicitation states that specifications may be requested beginning September 14, 2026. Sealed proposals must be delivered to the utility's office by October 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. The utility reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
