Description
The City of Longueuil is soliciting proposals from a specialized firm to perform audits of financial reports for the City of Longueuil, the Réseau de transport de Longueuil, Développement économique de l’agglomération de Longueuil, and the Office d’habitation de Longueuil. The contract duration is 60 months. This is an open competitive procurement using a two-envelope evaluation process that considers quality and price. Proposals must achieve at least 70 points in the qualitative evaluation, and the contract will be awarded to the compliant bidder with the highest final score. Financial guarantees and other requirements may be specified in the solicitation documents.
