Description
The Indian Health Service is soliciting diesel fuel delivery services for two emergency generators and a hot-water boiler at Navajo Northern Medical Center. The contractor must provide approximately 22,000 gallons throughout the year, maintain reserve tank levels, deliver during Monday-through-Friday working hours, support emergency refueling when needed, and provide all labor, materials, transportation, tools, supervision, spill-response equipment, and related cleanup. Deliveries must not interrupt hospital operations and require coordination with the Contracting Officer’s Representative and technical point of contact. The solicitation uses a lowest-price technically acceptable evaluation. Offerors must demonstrate compliance with the Statement of Work, provide a delivery and execution schedule without pricing, submit past performance for at least three similar contracts successfully performed within the past three years, and provide a standalone formal quote on company letterhead. The requirement is a total small-business set-aside and includes a base year plus four option years.
