The U.S. Department of State is soliciting the supply and delivery of 8,000 liters of diesel fuel meeting a 50-55 cetane requirement, or equivalent, and 16,000 liters of premium gasoline meeting at least a 95-octane requirement, or equivalent. Delivery is required on September 25, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. to the Seafront Compound gas station at the U.S. Embassy compound. Vendors must submit a copy of the applicable Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and identification of the product offered. The solicitation also addresses evaluation of equal products and foreign-currency offers.
