THE CITY OF STAMFORD INVITATION TO BID The City of Stamford will receive sealed Request for Proposals/Qualifications and competitive Bids for the following projects online via the City's Purchasing System, ProcureWare, at https://stamfordct.procureware.com. All sealed Bids will be publicly opened online. All Proposal and Bid documents, drawings and specifications can be viewed/ downloaded from ProcureWare. All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted online via the Clarifications feature within ProcureWare. Questions must be submitted online through the ProcureWare Clarifications feature by September 3, 2026, at 11:59 PM. Bids are due and will be publicly opened online on September 14, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
