Description
The Utility Board of the City of Key West, operating as Keys Energy Services (KEYS), is soliciting bids for the supply and delivery of Premium No Lead 90 Octane Non-Ethanol Gasoline. The estimated annual quantity is 25,000 gallons, delivered to the Stock Island Generating Facility's garage site. The contract will have a base term of three years, with two optional one-year extensions. Pricing will be based on the OPIS Net CBOB price at Port Everglades Terminal plus a fixed freight/delivery charge. Bidders must submit their proposals electronically via VendorLink or DemandStar, or by paper if necessary. Required submissions include the Proposal Page, Insurance Agent's Statement, Bidder's Statement, Safety Compliance Affidavit, Drug-Free Workplace Statement, Public Entity Crimes Sworn Statement, Hourly Rates for Labor and Equipment, and a Sample Invoice.
