Description
Upper La Plata Water Users Association is soliciting sealed bids for the County Road 1191 Waterline Improvements project in La Plata, New Mexico. The work includes installing a new 10-inch HDPE waterline, 6-inch and 10-inch directional borings beneath New Mexico State Road 170, reconnecting water service lines, and completing miscellaneous related work. A mandatory pre-bid conference and project-site tour are scheduled for September 9, 2026. Bids must include bid security equal to 5% of the total bid, and contractors must comply with prevailing wage requirements. Contractors and applicable subcontractors must be registered with the New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions' Labor Enforcement Fund before award consideration and remain actively registered during performance.
