Description
The City of Farmington is soliciting proposals from qualified professional firms to provide comprehensive, on-call air service development consulting services for Four Corners Regional Airport. The selected consultant will work with Airport and City staff to maintain and improve existing airline service, attract new carriers and routes, increase frequency or aircraft size where appropriate, reduce traveler leakage, and develop and implement comprehensive air service strategies. The scope includes air service market definition and analysis, demographic data gathering and presentation, catchment and drive-traffic research, route and airline analysis, traffic and revenue forecasting, airline relationship development, incentive-program development, presentations and communications, benchmarking, and other related air service, cargo, marketing, and airline research projects. The agreement is a firm fixed-price contract with a one-year initial term and three additional one-year renewal periods.
