Sante Quebec – Centre-Sud-de-l'Ile-de-Montreal Universitaire is seeking a specialized service provider to support the operation, reliability, optimization, asset maintenance, and evolution of Hôpital Notre-Dame's thermal plant and related systems. The scope includes operational support; technical problem analysis and diagnosis; specialized equipment maintenance; control and automation systems support; assistance with asset-maintenance projects; and management of certain specialized contracts. The provider will also support knowledge transfer and staff training when required. Services must maintain facility reliability and continuity of hospital operations while minimizing the impact of interventions on clinical and critical areas. The procurement uses an adjusted-lowest-price award method and provides for a two-year firm term plus three one-year options. A strongly recommended site visit is scheduled, and the provider must maintain civil and/or professional liability insurance of CAD 2,000,000 throughout the contract.
