Description
The City of Durham is soliciting sealed formal bids for the SW-46 Hillandale Road Sidewalk project (U-4726 HN). The work includes furnishing all required materials, labor, equipment, and tools for the complete installation of new sidewalks and various improvements to the road surface, unless otherwise specified in the project documents. Bidders must be licensed under Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes and must include a non-collusion affidavit with their bids. Bidders are also required to attend the mandatory pre-bid conference and should email Hannah Behr to indicate their intention to prepare a bid so they receive addenda and information notices; failure to do so may render a bid nonresponsive.
