Description
Grand Prairie Independent School District is soliciting qualifying responses from vendors of athletic, physical education, organized club, and stadium materials, equipment, and clothing. The arrangement is a non-expiring, multi-award vendor-list contract with no specific quantities or particular services identified; purchases will be made as needed using catalog, price-list, or shelf-price discounts. Vendors may be authorized dealers, distributors, or manufacturers, and the district may award individual items or groups to multiple vendors. A current certificate of insurance is required before a purchase order is issued when vendor personnel must enter district property for demonstrations, installation, or similar activities. Responses must include the applicable district and Texas ethics, ACH, banking, insurance, W-9, HUB, and reference documentation. Vendors that responded to RFP 22-04 do not need to submit this RFP.
