Description
Wylie Independent School District is accepting proposals from qualified local retail and grocery vendors to provide general supplies to students and staff. The district seeks to establish non-exclusive, as-needed contracts for day-to-day supplies, services, and grocery and retail needs. This is an extended opening RFP; the district will open, evaluate, and qualify proposals every month. The contract term runs from August 17, 2026 through August 31, 2027, with auto-renewal options through August 31, 2031. Submissions must be made via the district's e-bidding system, IonWave, before the bid closes on June 3, 2027, at 2:00 p.m. Emailed and faxed submissions will not be accepted.
