Description
The City of Indio seeks contractors to provide construction, repair, renovation, maintenance, and facility improvement services for City-owned facilities on an as-needed, on-call basis. Work may include preventive and corrective maintenance, general building repairs, minor construction, remodeling, installation, and replacement. Contractors must furnish the labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, and incidentals needed to complete assigned work in accordance with applicable codes, industry standards, and City specifications.
