Description
Broome County is seeking qualified individuals to provide Medical Director Services and Providers for the Willow Point Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing medical consultation and advice related to the nursing home residents, conforming to New York State and CMS regulations. Services include physician supervision, regular resident visits, participation in care planning, and ensuring physician availability for emergency care. The Medical Director will also be responsible for implementing resident medical care policies and coordinating physician services. The contract is intended for a period of 5 years, commencing upon legislative approval and execution of an agreement.
