Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for Oral Surgery Services for residents at the San Angelo State Supported Living Center (SGSSLC). Services will include dental exams, consultations, x-rays, extractions (including third molars), implants, alveolectomy procedures, retained root procedures, and biopsies/pathology evaluations. Services are to be performed at the Contractor's approved local dental office or hospital as appropriate. The average output for services is estimated at four residents per month, or 48 per year, with a measurable outcome of 99% of residents needing evaluation and/or delivery of oral surgery services having them completed in a timely manner. Contractors must maintain current Texas State Dental Board Licenses, DEA registrations, and CPR certifications. A minimum of five years of relevant experience is required for both the bidder and their personnel.
